Gazpacho

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of tomatos.
  • Two green peppers.
  • A pinch of garlic.
  • Half a loaf of bread.
  • Salt.
  • Oil.
  • Vinegar.
  • Water (around one litre).

Recipe:

  1. Cut the pepper and the tomatos.
  2. Peel the galic,bread dip it in water and then we thew in a container with oil,salt and vinegar.
  3. After, is beaten all in th mixer and finally we eat.
